Take a glimpse into the kitchen to see the transformation of a duck in a variety of ways… Foie gras… duck breast with Armagnac… Pastilla with prunes… accompanied by a glass of wine from the region of la Côte.
The bistro offers a daily lunch special for CHF18 from Wednesday-Friday.
The restaurant is closed from Sunday 5pm until Tuesday 5pm.
